Nexxtech Wireless Mouse

Bought a couple of Nextech wireless mice a couple weeks ago. The one I use on my laptop works fine but the one on my colleagues laptop has stopped working. I get a Code 43 error message that windows has detected a problem and shut the device down. Can't seem to get it back working. She is using Windows 7 on an HP machine if that helps.

Have you tried updating the drivers for the mouse yet?
